Sept 4

It is Saturday and coincidently, in 1956, the IBM RAMAC 305 was the first computer to use magnetic disk storage. Where would we be without lots of memory on our computer? Ah, why should you care about this? You just never know when you will need this information, be it for Trivial Pursuit or to impress someone.

Of course, there are always things I would rather not know, like about Pedophilia in Afghanistan, contributed to by the bizarre way Islam is interpreted.


I am glad to see the Tea Party is revitalizing the Republican Party. But some members have odd priorities.

Everyone is entitled to their opinion. Sometimes, we need to respect that, even when we may disagree, like in this case of a pro-life professor at the University of Notre Dame.

I think unions suck, I mean it, like Vampires...
