Is a bottle of K Y jelly Duct-taped to a phone a terrorist threat?

I have been trying to figure out why we let these morons get on the plane. I have felt since 9/11, that terrorists are still checking our defenses to see our weaknesses. Maybe they will find another way to create a killing machine out of a plane.
